Technical Logistics

Project Mobilisation and Equipment Movement

Equipment, tools, materials and people mobilised in the right order for site readiness, and brought back in a controlled way at the end of the work.

Equipment movement by low-loader, illustrative.

Mobilisation sets the tone for a project or shutdown. If equipment, consumables and crews arrive out of step, productive time is lost from day one; if demobilisation is unplanned, hired equipment stays on charge and materials are left on site.

Inquina plans and coordinates mobilisation as a schedule: equipment and tool lists, readiness checks, transport to site, delivery windows and receiving arrangements, and, where contracted, travel and accommodation logistics for personnel. Demobilisation, return movements and off-hire are planned at the same time and closed out with a reconciliation.

The service complements Inquina’s technical manpower supply and lifting inspection work, where test equipment, certified accessories and personnel often mobilise together.
