Contract Logistics and Distribution Coordination

Your third-party logistics providers managed as one coordinated service, with clear service levels and reporting.

Distribution warehouse, illustrative.

Many organisations rely on several transport, storage and fulfilment providers, each with its own contract, reporting and contacts. Without coordination, gaps open between them and service levels drift.

Inquina plans and manages outsourced logistics activities on the client’s behalf: defining requirements, selecting and coordinating transport and storage providers, planning distribution and delivery, coordinating inbound and outbound flows, and monitoring service levels against agreed measures.

The commercial model is transparent: Inquina manages the logistics activities, while transport, storage and fulfilment are performed by third-party providers. Whether provider contracts are held by the client or arranged through Inquina is agreed in the proposal.
