Good logistics decisions depend on current information: which orders are late, which shipments are at risk, what is in stock and which issues are waiting for a decision. When that information sits in individual inboxes, problems are found too late.
Inquina sets up reporting around the questions the project needs answered: shipment milestones, purchase-order status, delivery schedules, inventory status, supplier performance, issues and exceptions, and document registers with audit trails. Reports and dashboards are configured in suitable existing tools, such as shared workbooks, project-controls software or the client’s own systems.
Inquina does not currently offer a proprietary tracking platform, customer portal, live GPS tracking or API integrations. Where a client needs these, they can be scoped as a configured solution using suitable third-party systems, or as a future development.
