Industrial Equipment and Spare-Parts Sourcing

The right part, correctly identified and documented, sourced from a suitable supplier and delivered to site, including urgent replacements for maintenance.

Industrial valve, illustrative.

Sourcing industrial spares is as much an engineering task as a purchasing one. Part numbers may be superseded, specifications incomplete or the original manufacturer slow to respond, and a wrong part discovered during a shutdown is costly.

Inquina identifies the requirement with the client’s engineering or maintenance team, reviews technical specifications and supplier documentation, checks availability and lead times with suitable suppliers, coordinates purchase where agreed and arranges supplier-to-site delivery, with traceability and supporting documents where the supplier provides them.

Equipment and parts are sourced from third-party manufacturers and distributors. Inquina does not hold stock, publish a product catalogue or act as an authorised distributor unless confirmed for a specific scope, and warranties are those offered by the manufacturer or supplier.
