Materials, Inventory and Warehouse Coordination

Disciplined materials management so that the right materials, correctly identified and documented, are available when installation and maintenance need them.

Warehouse racking, illustrative.

On industrial projects and maintenance programmes, materials problems show up as idle crews: items that were received but cannot be found, materials issued without traceability, or surplus stock bought because no one knew what was already in store.

Inquina helps clients plan material requirements against the schedule, identify and code materials consistently, coordinate goods receipt and dispatch with warehouse and storage providers, reconcile what was ordered, received, issued and installed, and report stock status in a format the project can act on.

Traceability follows the same principles as Inquina’s quality documentation: equipment, materials and test items are identified and tracked from receipt to installation or hand-over, with certificates linked to the work they support.
