01 · Sector

Oil and Gas

Onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities depend on verified integrity, protected assets and competent people. Engineering and inspection, and fire and security, can be contracted separately or combined into one coordinated scope.

  • Asset integrity. Conventional and advanced NDT, corrosion inspection, pipeline integrity, cathodic protection and condition monitoring.
  • Work at height. Rope access inspection of structures, flare stacks, risers and derricks, with dropped-object surveys.
  • Lifting assurance. Crane and lifting-equipment inspection, load testing and certification, with critical-lift support.
  • Hazard detection and protection. PLC-based and TMR fire and gas detection, gas extinguishing, deluge and foam systems.

02 · Sector

Construction

Construction projects need disciplined execution from site mobilisation to hand-over, with technical control, quality assurance and safe systems of work built in from the start.

  • Construction management. Project management, subcontractor management, health and safety, and QA/QC.
  • Quality and hand-over. Inspection and test plans, non-conformance close-out and a structured hand-over dossier.
  • Skilled personnel. Construction supervisors, coded welders, fabrication supervisors, scaffolders and inspectors.
  • Fire and life safety. Sprinkler, fire alarm and PA/VA systems, specified, installed and commissioned.

Marine

Vessels, rigs and marine facilities rely on lifting equipment, structures and safety systems that are proven fit for service and documented to the required standard.

  • Lifting inspection. Load testing of cranes, derricks, cradles, lifeboat davits, rigs, vessels and barges.
  • Structural and hull integrity. Close visual inspection, baseline surveys and risk-based inspection, by rope access where needed.
  • Wire rope and accessories. Wire rope NDT by eddy current and MFL; containers, offshore and cargo baskets; pad-eye inspection.
  • Fire and security. Fire protection, detection, PA/VA and security systems for marine environments.

04 · Sector

Petrochemical

Process plant demands verifiable assurance of pressure equipment and pipework, and protection systems engineered for the hazard.

  • Pressure equipment integrity. PAUT, TOFD, IRIS, RFET, pulsed eddy current and hydrogen-induced cracking detection.
  • Material verification. Positive material identification (PMI), hardness and ferrite testing.
  • Condition monitoring. Infrared thermography, vibration analysis, acoustic emission and ultrasonic leak detection.
  • Fire and gas. PLC-based and TMR detection, foam systems, deluge and gas extinguishing.

05 · Sector

Power and Energy

Power and energy assets need reliable electrical infrastructure, early warning of developing faults and protection for high-value equipment.

  • Electrical infrastructure. Project-evidenced power distribution and street lighting, and pump-control panels.
  • Condition monitoring. Infrared thermography and vibration analysis to trend asset condition.
  • Protection for high-value assets. Clean-agent and inert-gas extinguishing, fire alarm and detection.
  • E&I personnel. Electrical and instrumentation technicians supplied ad hoc or long term.
