Quality
Quality assurance and technical documentation
Every assignment is delivered with a documented, traceable record, so that clients can verify what was inspected, tested or installed, by whom, to which standard and with what result.
Inspection reporting
Reports identify the asset, method, procedure and acceptance criteria, the findings and the qualified inspector responsible. Reviewed before issue.
Traceability
Equipment, materials and test items are identified and tracked from receipt to installation or hand-over, with certificates linked to the work they support.
Calibration records
Test and measuring equipment is controlled, with calibration certificates held as part of the records for the work.
Document control
Procedures, drawings and records are issued under controlled revisions, so that only current documents are used on site.
Testing and verification
Functional, pressure, load and system tests are carried out to approved procedures and recorded as auditable evidence.
Non-conformance close-out
Non-conformances are logged, corrected and closed out before sign-off and acceptance.

HSEQ
Health, safety, environment and quality
Safety and quality come first on every project. Inquina Oilfield Engineering works towards zero harm through preventative management, competent people and a culture in which anyone can stop unsafe work.
Risk management
Hazards are identified and risks assessed before work starts. Controls are agreed, recorded and reviewed whenever conditions or scope change.
Safe systems of work and permits to work
Method statements, permits to work, toolbox talks and supervision make sure work, including work at height and lifting, is planned, authorised and carried out safely.
Environmental protection
Waste management, spill prevention and efficient use of resources limit environmental impact, in line with client requirements and local legislation.
Personnel competence
People are selected for competence, trained for the tasks they perform and held accountable for following safe-work policies.
Incident prevention
Hazard and near-miss reporting, root-cause investigation and shared lessons learned reduce the chance of recurrence.
Continuous improvement
Audits, inspections, performance indicators and management review are used to set targets and improve performance.
Standards and management systems
ISO 9001 – Quality
ISO 9001 principles guide quality planning, control and records.
ISO 14001 – Environment
ISO 14001 principles guide environmental management.
ISO 45001 – Health and safety
ISO 45001 principles guide occupational health and safety.
Management systems follow the principles of these standards and operate within the health, safety and environmental legislation of each country of work, including the UK, Nigeria and Ghana. Management-system certification is stated only where it is current and independently verified.
